Well, Mrs. Photoscrooge (aka the scrapbook nazi) has been busy posting her very delicious recipes for all to see (don't forget this one). Yep, that is how I eat pretty much all the time. Except those rare occasions when dinner is not on the table after a hard day's work and I'm forced to pull on an apron and get down to business, iron-chef style.
